Ok, seriously, I've never understood why some people are obsessed with getting the first post on a virgin forum thread. Maybe because its a race only the geekiest with super fast internet connections can win. Or perhaps they just have nothing better to do, as evidenced by the fact that they are hanging out online and being obnoxious in forum posts. Personally, I'd prefer to think that there is some secret underground organization that they all belong to, and this is their version of 'tagging'. Someday, they will emerge from the deep dark depths of the interwebs, and hopefully, eliminate all the leet speakers as part of their secret ongoing war for control of the net. I predict hollywood will make a super slick action blockbuster out of this idea, and with any luck, it will star Angelina Jolie.
And now, I must get ready to go see a movie. :)
